Job Title: Head of AI

Job Description: As the Head of AI, you will define and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy to drive sustained business value, ROI, and competitive differentiation, acting as the executive authority for AI adoption and leading the industrialization of AI capabilities at scale [citation:9].

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for AI products, aligning with the overall business strategy.
• Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize stories to ensure the bank focuses on maximum value and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to gather and prioritize requirements for AI initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of business analysts, overseeing product development and ensuring effective communication of product strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10–15 years of proven experience in Digital Banking, Digital Transformation, FinTech, or Financial Services as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Experience in delivering wealth, liabilities, and investment-related products and services.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Computer Science; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
• Highly proficient with mobile banking apps, online banking platforms, payments systems, or other fintech solutions.
