Job Title: Growth Marketing Associate

Job Description: As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will drive customer retention and engagement for a fast-scaling restaurant-payments fintech, owning CRM execution, bank-partnership communications, campaign reporting, social and influencer coordination, and in-app merchandising that encourages restaurants and diners to return to frictionless payment experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Own weekly CRM execution across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications
• Draft campaign copy and brief the graphic designer on required assets
• Build and schedule customer communications through Cequens
• Manage bank-partnership communications from briefing through final send
• Produce weekly reports covering open rate, click-through rate, and redemption lift
• Coordinate social and influencer campaigns with account managers and agencies
• Review scripts and user-generated content against the brand voice before shoots
• Refresh restaurant listings and create curated in-app collections to increase repeat engagement

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in CRM or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience running lifecycle campaigns across email, WhatsApp, or push channels
• Fluency in English is required
• Ability to move quickly and make sound decisions with incomplete information
• Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality technology, or a high-growth marketplace is advantageous
• Arabic-language skills and familiarity with the UAE or GCC market are advantageous
