Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Finance Department, Mentor-Assigned Programme

Job Description: As a Graduate Trainee in the Finance Department at a UAE organization, you will be assigned a dedicated mentor with regular progress review meetings — gaining structured exposure to accounting, financial operations, and business support across a professionally managed UAE organization with a maximum of 3 years’ experience and fresh graduates preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Gain structured exposure to accounting, financial operations, and business support under mentor guidance
• Be assigned a dedicated mentor and participate in regular progress review meetings throughout the programme
• Support general administrative tasks related to the finance department with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation for management review
• Assist with daily accounting operations — data entry, reconciliation, and basic financial reporting
• Support the Finance team with routine tasks and simple financial report preparation under direction
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams on graduate trainee project deliverables and learning
• Build a strong professional foundation in accounting, finance, and UAE regulatory compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• Maximum experience of 3 years — fresh graduates preferred for this mentor-assigned trainee programme
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply for the structured Finance Department Graduate Trainee programme
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration — preferred
• Genuine interest in finance, accounting, and UAE business operations careers
• Strong organizational and accuracy skills for accounting records and financial administration
• UAE or GCC graduate trainee or entry-level finance experience preferred
