Job Title: Google PPC Specialist

Job Description: Seeking a Google PPC Specialist in Dubai to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for its fintech and forex trading platform. The role manages Google Ads campaigns within financial services advertising policy constraints, driving client acquisition for a regulated trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) for TQBGLOBAL’s fintech and forex trading platform
• Create and test ad copy and creative variants within Google Ads financial services policies and brand compliance requirements
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting optimization across all PPC campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS — optimizing continuously to improve efficiency
• Manage Google Ads budget allocation across campaigns and regions to maximize return on advertising spend
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure all Google Ads creative and targeting complies with financial advertising regulatory requirements
• Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
• Produce regular PPC performance reports and strategic recommendations for the marketing leadership team

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in Google PPC / paid search management within fintech, forex, CFD, or crypto advertising environments
• Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong understanding of Google Ads financial services advertising policies and compliance requirements
• Proven track record optimizing paid search campaigns for client acquisition in regulated financial services
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and PPC reporting tools
• Experience managing significant Google Ads budgets for a forex, fintech, or trading platform client
