Job Title: FX Dealer / Senior FX Dealer

Job Description: As an FX Dealer or Senior FX Dealer at a hyper-growth FinTech firm — named among the top 15 European Fintechs to work for by AltFi — you will service a portfolio of corporate clients across FX hedging, lending, and cash management. You will execute FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, FX OPTIONS) with multiple liquidity providers using Bloomberg/Reuters, while collaborating with sales teams to assist in business origination and delivering on dealer-specific KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Service a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of FX products including hedging, lending, and cash management
• Execute FX trades — SPOT, FWD, NDF, FX OPTIONS — with multiple liquidity providers using various trading platforms and Bloomberg/Reuters
• Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination and client development
• Understand client business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best FX solution
• Know and understand the competition’s capabilities and gaps to better position the firm’s FX solutions
• Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs — repeat and new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high-margin products, and increasing wallet-share
• Offer expert and bespoke FX suggestions to corporate clients — helping them minimize FX risk
• Plan, structure, and execute FX deals giving clients best value while contributing to company growth

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven FX Dealing or Senior Dealer experience with exceptional sales skills and proven dealing track record
• Deep understanding of FX products — SPOT, FWD, NDF, FX OPTIONS — and liquidity provider relationships
• Experience with Bloomberg/Reuters trading platforms and FX execution infrastructure
• Strong analytical skills and quick learner on FX systems and platforms
• Excellent client-facing communication for corporate FX client advisory and deal execution
• Willingness and ability to travel globally to the firm’s other offices
