Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer – Automation

Job Description: As a Full Stack Software Engineer specializing in automation for a banking and fintech technology company, you will lead the design and development of complex software solutions — driving best practices in software development and contributing to the overall technical strategy. You will build automation-first engineering solutions that accelerate the delivery of banking and fintech software across a major digital banking platform.

Responsibilities:*

• Lead the design and development of complex software solutions for a banking and fintech platform
• Drive best practices in software development and contribute to the overall technical strategy
• Build automation-first full-stack engineering solutions across banking and fintech application layers
• Design and implement backend services, frontend interfaces, and automation frameworks for digital banking products
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Banking Technology teams on full-stack feature delivery
• Conduct code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering standard-setting across the development team
• Implement monitoring, testing automation, and CI/CD pipeline improvements for banking software delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the company’s engineering culture and technical knowledge base

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven full-stack engineering experience with automation specialisation in fintech, banking, or financial technology
• Proven track record leading the design and development of complex software solutions
• Deep proficiency across backend and frontend technologies for full-stack banking platform development
• Experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering automation frameworks
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture contribution skills
• Experience in banking technology, digital banking, or fintech product engineering preferred
