Job Description: As a Fraud Monitoring Analyst, you will review transaction alerts for a gateway, protecting the platform from fraud.

Responsibilities:

• Review transaction alerts and investigate suspicious activity.
• Escalate confirmed fraud cases and support remediation.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and audit trails.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and customer support teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of fraud monitoring or financial crime experience in payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies, rules, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
