We are searching for a dedicated Training & Development Manager to design and deliver learning programs that upskill employees across fintech functions. This role ensures staff are equipped with the technical and regulatory knowledge to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for fintech staff.
- Develop e-learning modules, workshops, and certification paths.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skills gaps.
- Ensure compliance training aligns with regulations.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adoption.
- Partner with HR on employee development programs.
- Research industry trends to update training content.
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or Business.
- 5+ years of L&D experience, ideally in financial services or tech.
- Knowledge of fintech compliance and technical topics.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
