Job Title: FinTech Specialist

Job Description: As a FinTech Specialist, you will drive fintech strategy, product development, and innovation initiatives for a leading financial institution in Qatar, bridging technology, operations, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of fintech solutions to enhance banking products and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess fintech opportunities, develop business cases, and manage project execution.
• Stay abreast of emerging fintech trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in Qatar and the GCC.
• Manage vendor relationships, proof-of-concept projects, and fintech partnerships.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, or payments, with a focus on product or strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of Qatar financial regulations (QCB) and regional fintech ecosystems.
• Proven track record of launching fintech initiatives or managing innovation projects.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills; fluent in English.
