Job Title: Fintech Regulatory Sandbox Manager – CBUAE / DIFC / ADGM Innovation Hub

Job Description: As a Fintech Regulatory Sandbox Manager at a UAE regulatory innovation hub, you will manage the regulatory sandbox programme — guiding fintech applicants through regulatory sandbox testing, managing sandbox participant onboarding, and supporting innovative fintech product licensing pathways across CBUAE, DIFC, and ADGM frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the regulatory sandbox programme guiding fintech applicants through sandbox testing processes
• Manage sandbox participant onboarding — eligibility assessment, application review, and approval coordination
• Support innovative fintech product licensing pathways across CBUAE, DFSA, and FSRA frameworks
• Build and maintain relationships with sandbox participant fintechs, investors, and ecosystem partners
• Develop sandbox programme policies, testing frameworks, and participant reporting standards
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Compliance, and Innovation Hub teams on sandbox programme delivery
• Produce sandbox programme performance reports and participant progress for senior leadership review
• Monitor global regulatory sandbox developments and fintech innovation hub best practices for programme enhancement

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Fintech Regulatory Sandbox Manager or innovation hub programme experience with UAE regulatory background
• Deep understanding of CBUAE, DFSA, and FSRA regulatory sandbox frameworks and fintech licensing pathways
• Strong sandbox programme management, fintech applicant assessment, and regulatory engagement skills
• Excellent fintech ecosystem stakeholder management and senior regulatory communication for sandbox mandate
• Legal, regulatory affairs, or fintech innovation qualification preferred for sandbox management role
• GCC CBUAE, DIFC, or ADGM regulatory sandbox or fintech innovation hub experience strongly preferred
