The Regulatory Reporting Analyst will prepare and submit compliance reports for fintech platforms in Dubai, ensuring adherence to DIFC/ADGM and UAE Central Bank requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, analyze, and submit regulatory reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
  • Collaborate with compliance, finance, and operations teams.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and adjust reporting processes.
  • Support audits and inspections.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in regulatory reporting in fintech or banking.
  • Knowledge of UAE and MENA financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
