Job Description

We are hiring a Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee compliance with financial regulations and liaise with regulators, ensuring fintech operations remain legally sound and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting fintech operations.

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

• Liaise with regulators and respond to inquiries.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational teams.

• Conduct audits and risk assessments.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

• Provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance, preferably in fintech.

• Knowledge of financial regulations, AML/KYC, and data privacy laws.

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Proven ability to manage regulatory relationships effectively.
