The Regulatory Affairs Director will manage regulatory relationships and compliance strategy for fintech operations in Dubai and the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with regulators and authorities
• Interpret and implement regulatory changes
• Support licensing and approvals
• Advise leadership on compliance risks
• Oversee regulatory reporting

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s in Law, Finance, or Compliance
• 10+ years regulatory or compliance experience
• Strong UAE regulatory knowledge
