Job Title: Fintech Product Lead

Job Description: As a Fintech Product Lead at a fintech company situated within the Kuwait Stock Exchange Building, you will bridge the gap between regulatory compliance and digital financial services. You will own the evolution of the fintech stack, ensuring every feature enhances user trust and transactional efficiency while working from Kuwait’s financial epicenter .

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and deployment of scalable payment gateways and digital wallet features
• Ensure 100% alignment with Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) regulations
• Oversee the conversion of complex financial data into intuitive mobile and web interfaces
• Manage the product backlog using data-driven insights
• Balance immediate market demands with long-term technical debt of the fintech infrastructure
• Orchestrate technical partnerships with traditional banking institutions
• Expand the ecosystem’s liquidity and service reach through API economy and integration

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years in product management or fintech innovation
• Proven history of launching and scaling B2C or B2B financial products in the GCC
• Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Deep familiarity with SQL, segment analytics, and fintech security protocols (PCI-DSS)
• C2-level professional English essential for regulatory documentation and executive board briefings
• Expert use of Loom for product sprint reviews and feature walkthroughs
• Understanding of Kuwait’s financial regulatory environment
