We are seeking a Fintech Operations Analyst to streamline processes, monitor performance, and support day-to-day fintech operations. This role involves data analysis, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics.

Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

Collaborate with product, finance, and customer support teams.

Assist in transaction processing and reconciliation.

Prepare operational reports and dashboards.

Support compliance and regulatory reporting.

Participate in project implementations and operational initiatives.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in operations or fintech.

Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills.

Knowledge of fintech processes, payments, or banking operations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
