Job Title: Fintech Operations Analyst

Job Description: As a Fintech Operations Analyst for Process Automation and Workflow Optimization at a UAE fintech organization, you will apply operations analytics and automation expertise to identify process improvement opportunities, implement workflow automation, and drive operational efficiency for a fast-growing UAE fintech platform. You will design and implement workflow automation tools and drive continuous improvement of fintech operational processes .

Responsibilities:

• Apply operations analytics and automation expertise to process improvement and workflow optimization
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities across fintech operations and back-office workflows
• Conduct process mapping, bottleneck analysis, and operational efficiency analytics for fintech operations
• Design and implement workflow automation tools — RPA, no-code platforms, and API integrations
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Finance, and Compliance teams on operations automation delivery
• Produce operations analytics reports and workflow optimization recommendations for senior leadership
• Monitor UAE and global fintech operations automation and RPA technology developments for innovation
• Drive continuous improvement of fintech operational processes and efficiency metrics

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Fintech Operations Analyst experience with process automation and workflow optimization background
• Strong process mapping, RPA implementation, and operational efficiency analytics for fintech operations
• Proficiency with automation tools — UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, or equivalent — for workflow automation
• Understanding of fintech operational workflows — payments, compliance, and customer operations processes
• Excellent analytical, automation design, and senior fintech operations stakeholder communication
• GCC fintech operations analyst process automation experience strongly preferred
