Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Legal Counsel to advise on regulatory, contractual, and operational matters within the fintech space. This role ensures compliance, reduces legal risk, and supports business growth across new markets and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate fintech-related contracts.

Provide legal guidance on compliance with financial regulations.

Support product launches with risk assessments and regulatory advice.

Liaise with regulators and external counsel as needed.

Advise leadership on corporate governance and risk issues.

Monitor legal developments in fintech, payments, and data privacy.

Qualifications Needed

Law degree with bar admission.

5+ years of legal experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.

Strong understanding of financial regulations and contract law.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
