We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for fintech products. This role focuses on data-driven marketing strategies, performance campaigns, and cross-channel optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and user behavior metrics.

Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to drive adoption.

Conduct A/B testing, user segmentation, and optimization strategies.

Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing tactics.

Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech or tech.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
