Job Title: Fintech Graduate – Operations & Commercial Support

Job Description: As a Fintech Graduate in an Operations and Commercial Support role, you will support senior operations and commercial team members across a globally established fintech company’s UAE office — building foundational fintech operations, business development, and commercial skills through structured on-the-job learning and programme activities. This role is designed for recent graduates looking to launch a career in fintech operations or commercial functions.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior operations and commercial team members across a globally established fintech company’s UAE office
• Contribute to operational process management — assisting with payment operations, client coordination, and administrative tasks
• Support business development activities — prospect research, CRM management, and commercial proposal preparation
• Assist with regulatory and compliance administration for the UAE fintech entity under senior guidance
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and performance reporting for the operations and commercial teams
• Participate in structured graduate programme training, learning, and professional development activities
• Build foundational fintech operations and commercial skills through hands-on UAE office project exposure
• Develop a professional network within a globally established fintech’s operations and commercial teams

Qualifications Needed:

• Recently graduated from a relevant Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or related degree
• Genuine interest in fintech operations, payments, and commercial careers
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for operational and commercial support
• Proactive learner with professional ambition and ability to contribute meaningfully from day one
• Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM platforms preferred
