Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical Data Scientist to extract insights from complex financial datasets, build predictive models, and support product innovation. This role requires expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data storytelling to drive smarter decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured financial data.

• Develop machine learning models to predict customer behavior and risks.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to embed AI into fintech solutions.

• Build dashboards and visualization tools for business intelligence.

• Conduct A/B testing and model performance evaluations.

• Research emerging trends in AI and fintech analytics.

• Present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications Needed

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–6 years of data science experience, ideally in fintech or financial services.

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and predictive modeling.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
