This Dubai-based Fintech Data Analyst role supports payments and digital lending platforms across the UAE and GCC. You will analyze transaction, credit, and customer data to provide actionable insights for business growth, fraud mitigation, and product optimization. The position requires strong knowledge of analytics tools and an understanding of regulatory requirements in a fintech operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from payments and lending platforms.
• Generate dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and marketing teams to optimize offerings.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Support predictive modeling and credit scoring initiatives.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of data analysis experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and digital payment systems is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
