Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and value realization across fintech solutions. This role focuses on onboarding, support, and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth adoption.
Monitor client usage, engagement, and satisfaction.
Develop strategies to improve retention and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams.
Address client issues promptly and provide actionable solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Track and report customer success metrics to leadership.
Qualifications Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in fintech.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze client data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and fintech solutions preferred.
