The Customer Experience Manager will ensure exceptional service for fintech clients in Dubai, including enterprise and consumer users. You will implement CX strategies, analyze feedback, and collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to enhance customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback, satisfaction metrics, and service KPIs.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to resolve issues.
- Implement CX improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to UAE consumer protection and fintech regulations.
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–7 years of customer experience or account management experience in fintech.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE and regional customer expectations and regulations.
