Job Title: Fintech CRM Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a CRM Developer to build, customise, and maintain customer relationship management systems tailored to our fintech and trading platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customise CRM modules using platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom-built solutions.
• Integrate CRM with front-end trading platforms, payment gateways, and back-office systems via APIs.
• Implement automation workflows, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards to improve sales and retention.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and document CRM configurations and integrations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of CRM development experience, with proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Understanding of fintech data flows, customer lifecycle, and compliance data handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
