We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships within the fintech ecosystem. This role combines sales, strategy, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • 3–7 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in fintech.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of fintech products, payments, and financial services.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue and strategic partnerships.
