Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements.

Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.

Support project management and implementation of new solutions.

Monitor KPIs and track outcomes of business initiatives.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fintech.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Understanding of fintech products, payments, and digital banking.
