Job Title: Financial Services Compliance Specialist

Job Description: As a Financial Services Compliance Specialist for ADGM and DIFC regulated entities, you will act as outsourced Compliance Officer (CO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for regulated entities — managing licensing projects, performing targeted compliance audits, building compliance frameworks, and providing input on enhancements to AI-driven compliance systems and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Act as outsourced Compliance Officer (CO) and MLRO for ADGM and DIFC regulated entities
• Manage licensing projects for regulated fintech and financial services entities in ADGM and DIFC
• Perform targeted compliance audits and reviews for asset management, investment, and fintech clients
• Build compliance frameworks for new and existing regulated businesses in ADGM and DIFC
• Provide input on enhancements to AI-driven compliance systems and tools for client organizations
• Engage with ADGM FSRA, DFSA, and applicable UAE regulators on behalf of clients
• Produce compliance advisory reports, audit findings, and regulatory submissions for client delivery
• Stay current on ADGM and DIFC regulatory frameworks and financial services compliance developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven compliance officer, MLRO, or compliance advisory experience with ADGM and DIFC regulatory expertise
• Experience acting as outsourced CO and MLRO for regulated financial services entities
• Knowledge of ADGM and DIFC regulatory frameworks and UAE compliance requirements
• Familiarity with AI-driven compliance tools and compliance technology platforms
• Relevant compliance qualification (CAMS, ICA, or equivalent) required
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing compliance advisory delivery
