Job Title: Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Description: As a Financial Reporting Analyst at a UAE listed company, you will apply IFRS financial reporting expertise — preparing financial statements, disclosure notes, and regulatory filings for a UAE listed company with external reporting obligations to the DFM, ADX, or applicable UAE securities market regulator.

Responsibilities:

• Apply IFRS financial reporting expertise to financial statements, disclosure notes, and regulatory filings
• Prepare consolidated and entity-level financial statements in compliance with full IFRS standards
• Draft financial statement disclosure notes — accounting policies, segment reporting, and related party disclosures
• Coordinate with external auditors on audit queries, evidence provision, and financial statement sign-off
• Ensure UAE securities market regulatory filing compliance — DFM, ADX, or SCA reporting standards
• Produce financial reporting analytics and variance commentary for senior Finance leadership review
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and IR teams on quarterly and annual external reporting delivery
• Monitor IFRS updates and UAE securities regulatory developments affecting external financial reporting

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Financial Reporting Analyst experience with IFRS disclosures and UAE listed company background
• Strong IFRS financial statement preparation, disclosure note drafting, and securities reporting expertise
• Deep understanding of UAE DFM, ADX, and SCA financial reporting and disclosure obligations
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required for financial reporting analyst mandate
• Excellent external audit coordination and senior stakeholder communication for reporting mandate
• GCC listed company IFRS financial reporting and disclosure analyst experience strongly preferred
