Job Title: Financial Modeler – Corporate & Investment Banking

Job Description: As a Financial Modeler for corporate and investment banking at a globally established Arab banking group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models supporting corporate banking, investment banking, and capital markets advisory — applying deep financial modelling expertise to transaction analysis, credit assessment, and strategic advisory for a bank with a strong MENA and international presence.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain complex financial models supporting corporate banking, investment banking, and capital markets advisory
• Apply deep financial modelling expertise to transaction analysis, credit assessment, and strategic advisory
• Develop DCF, LBO, merger, and comparable company financial models for corporate and investment banking client mandates
• Conduct sector research and financial analysis supporting coverage bankers and product teams
• Produce financial modelling outputs, transaction analytics, and strategic reports for senior banking leadership
• Support M&A, capital markets, and structured finance advisory through high-quality financial analysis
• Monitor UAE and MENA corporate banking and investment banking market developments for modelling context
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and compliance teams on financial modelling for complex banking transactions

Qualifications Needed:

• Deep financial modelling expertise for corporate banking, investment banking, and capital markets advisory — required
• Proven financial modeler or senior analyst experience within a banking or financial services environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling frameworks for DCF, LBO, and merger analysis
• Excellent analytical and written communication for banking transaction modelling and advisory
• CFA or equivalent investment qualification preferred
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA banking client and stakeholder engagement
