Job Description: As a Financial Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients using the company’s financial products and services. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
