Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our fintech finance team. The role involves analyzing complex financial data, supporting forecasting, evaluating investments, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring financial health and guiding strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Evaluate product profitability and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets and performance metrics.

• Analyze revenue streams and identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Support due diligence for new investments, partnerships, or acquisitions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and fintech regulations.

• Work with data science teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA/CPA preferred).

• 3+ years of financial analysis experience.

• Strong financial modeling and Excel/SQL skills.

• Knowledge of fintech products and revenue models.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Strong communication skills for presenting insights.
