Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Description: As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in our finance team, providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. You will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as conducting variance analysis and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including revenue projections and expense planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or planning, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
