Job Title: Finance Operations – Reconciliation Manager

Job Description: As a Finance Operations Reconciliation Manager at HALA, you will lead the reconciliation function, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of financial transactions across lending, payment, and merchant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the reconciliation team, overseeing daily reconciliation of transactions, settlements, and bank accounts.
• Develop and implement reconciliation procedures, controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, working with internal and external partners.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of finance operations or reconciliation experience in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Strong knowledge of payment reconciliation, settlement cycles, and financial systems.
• Experience with reconciliation tools, ERP systems, and data analysis (Excel, SQL).
• Leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
