Job Title: Finance Operactions Manager

Job Description: The Finance Operations Manager will manage Exness MENA Finance outsourcing arrangements with the Exness Group, perform tasks related to financial procedures, accounting restrictions, and daily client settlements, and coordinate with compliance to ensure all regulatory obligations are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain the local Finance Function in line with group strategic objectives; liaise with group functions and companies
  • Develop Finance policies and procedures in line with local regulatory requirements; present to the local Board of Directors
  • Register with SCA as the accredited Operations Manager; act as the main point of contact for Operations Manager responsibilities
  • Maintain accreditation with the Securities and Commodities Authority including attendance at Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training
  • Liaise with the local Head of Compliance to ensure all required reports are filed on time: quarterly and annual audited financial statements, monthly Capital Adequacy reports, monthly Client Money Segregation reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely submissions to the UAE Ministry of Finance, Federal Tax Authority, and other regulatory authorities
  • Ensure daily finance operations run smoothly and in accordance with relevant laws and directives
  • Act as the main point of contact with external auditors, tax consultants, and other counterparties

Qualifications Needed:

  • University degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the CFD/FX industry or a relevant field
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (Arabic is a plus)
  • CISI exams compulsory: UAE Financial Rules and Regulations AND Global Securities Operation
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with capacity to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; genuine interest in financial markets
  • Willingness to travel overseas
