Job Title: Finance Manager – Private Equity & Investment Funds, ADGM

Job Description: As a Finance Manager for Private Equity and Investment Funds at an ADGM-regulated organization, you will apply investment fund finance expertise — managing fund accounting, investor capital accounts, NAV calculations, and ADGM-regulated financial reporting for a professionally managed UAE private equity and investment fund organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply investment fund finance expertise to fund accounting, investor capital accounts, and NAV calculations
• Lead fund accounting operations — capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest
• Manage investor capital accounts and investor reporting for private equity and investment fund mandates
• Ensure ADGM-regulated financial reporting compliance for private equity funds and investment structures
• Coordinate with Fund Managers, Investors, and External Auditors on fund finance delivery and reporting
• Produce fund finance performance reports, investor statements, and management information for governance
• Manage UAE corporate tax and VAT compliance for ADGM-regulated private equity fund structures
• Monitor ADGM FSRA financial reporting, private equity fund, and investment fund regulatory developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Manager experience with private equity, investment funds, or ADGM-regulated structures
• Strong fund accounting — capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, and investor reporting skills
• Deep understanding of ADGM FSRA regulatory requirements for private equity fund financial reporting
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required for ADGM fund finance mandate
• Excellent investor relations communication and senior private equity stakeholder management
• GCC ADGM-regulated private equity or investment fund Finance Manager experience strongly preferred
