Job Title: Finance Manager – Healthcare & Medical Services

Job Description: As a Finance Manager at a healthcare and medical services company, you will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting of the organization — managing accounting, payroll, and financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards for a professionally managed UAE healthcare and medical services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a UAE healthcare and medical services organization
• Manage accounting, payroll, and financial reporting processes across healthcare operations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards applicable to healthcare services in the UAE
• Lead financial control operations — monthly close, reconciliation, and management account production
• Manage banking relationships and working capital for healthcare and medical services operations
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all healthcare financial operations
• Produce financial reports, management accounts, and Board-level presentations for leadership review
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and healthcare regulatory bodies on compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Manager experience with healthcare, medical services, or professional services background
• Strong financial planning, accounting management, payroll oversight, and UAE regulatory compliance expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required for healthcare Finance Manager mandate
• Excellent leadership, team development, and senior healthcare stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and healthcare financial regulatory requirements
• GCC healthcare or medical services Finance Manager experience strongly preferred
