Job Title: Finance Manager – Group Consolidation, IFRS & Multi-Entity Reporting

Job Description: As a Finance Manager for Group Consolidation, IFRS, and Multi-Entity Reporting at a UAE conglomerate, you will lead the group consolidation process — applying strong IFRS expertise, multi-entity financial management, and senior finance leadership to a commercially active UAE conglomerate with diverse business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the group consolidation process applying strong IFRS expertise and multi-entity management
• Oversee financial planning, consolidation, and reporting across all conglomerate entities
• Develop and maintain IFRS-compliant financial reporting frameworks for multi-entity group operations
• Manage UAE VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory compliance across all group financial entities
• Produce consolidated management accounts, financial reports, and Board-level presentations
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory bodies on financial compliance
• Lead and develop the finance team across conglomerate entities with accountability and excellence
• Drive continuous improvement of financial controls, reporting, and consolidation automation

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Manager experience with group consolidation, IFRS, and multi-entity reporting background
• Strong IFRS financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and UAE regulatory compliance expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required for Finance Manager mandate
• Excellent leadership, Board-level communication, and senior conglomerate stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax for multi-entity conglomerate financial operations
• GCC conglomerate or multi-entity group Finance Manager experience strongly preferred
