Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Description: As a Finance Manager at a fast-growing retail technology company transforming the in-store shopping experience by bringing e-commerce convenience into physical stores, you will develop scalable finance processes and controls — working with international finance teams for a fintech-adjacent retail technology organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable finance processes and controls for a fast-growing retail technology organization
• Work with international finance teams for cross-border financial management and reporting
• Lead financial planning, management reporting, and budgeting for retail technology operations
• Monitor and control company credit card transactions across retail technology financial operations
• Ensure UAE and applicable international regulatory financial compliance across all operations
• Produce monthly management accounts, financial analysis reports, and performance dashboards
• Reconcile records with affiliate companies, external vendors, and customers accurately
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls for retail technology growth

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Manager experience with retail technology, e-commerce, or fintech-adjacent background
• Experience working with international finance teams — required for cross-border financial management
• Strong financial process development, scalable controls, and credit card transaction management skills
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred for retail technology Finance Manager mandate
• Excellent leadership and international finance team collaboration for retail technology operations
• GCC or global retail technology or e-commerce finance management experience strongly preferred
