Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Description: As a Finance Manager at a fast-growing FinTech company in Bahrain, you will oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. You will ensure adherence to Bahrain’s regulatory and financial reporting standards while partnering closely with senior leadership to support business expansion in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
• Monitor financial performance and provide commercial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain regulatory requirements, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and treasury functions
• Develop and enhance financial controls, policies, and internal processes

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA is highly preferred
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Finance Manager role
• Prior experience within FinTech, Payments, Digital Wallets, Banking, Financial Services, Crypto, or Regulated Financial Institutions is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of Bahrain’s financial regulatory environment is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage
