Job Title: Finance Controller Lead

Job Description: As a Finance Controller Lead at Binance, you will oversee financial accounting, reporting, and controls for the Bahrain entity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with global finance policies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial controlling function, including accounting, reporting, and internal controls for the Bahrain operations.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain accounting standards, tax regulations, and group finance policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies on financial matters.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the regional entity.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of finance controlling or accounting experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial controls.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACA, ACCA) preferred; fluent in English.
