Job Title: Finance Associate – Business Management & Reporting
Job Description: As a Finance Associate within a business management and reporting function at a globally established professional services firm, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring management information to deliver valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will manage invoicing and collections, reconcile timesheets, maintain accurate reports and trackers, monitor job codes, and coordinate the preparation of reporting presentations and documents across a large professional services organization with 370,000+ global professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor management information to deliver valuable insights that support strategic decision-making
- Manage invoicing and collections — ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and professional collections coordination
- Reconcile timesheets and maintain accurate billing and utilization reports across assigned business units
- Maintain accurate reports and trackers — monitoring job codes, project budgets, and revenue data
- Coordinate the preparation of reporting presentations and documents for senior business leadership
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles — ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial data
- Partner with project teams and senior leadership on financial performance tracking and budget management
- Produce analytical insights and financial summaries for strategic business unit decision-making
Qualifications Needed:
- Relevant finance, business management, or financial analysis experience within a professional services or consulting firm
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting, invoicing management, and data reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail for timesheet reconciliation, job code monitoring, and report maintenance
- Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder-facing financial reporting and presentation preparation
- Proficiency with financial management and reporting tools
- Relevant finance qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
