Job Title: Experienced Investments Analyst

Job Description: As an Experienced Investments Analyst at a Qatar-based venture capital firm focused on high-growth technology startups across the MENA region, you will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and managing venture capital investments in Doha. You will identify high-growth startups in Fintech, AI, Climate Tech, and B2B SaaS, conduct due diligence, build financial models, and support portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-growth tech startups in Fintech, AI, Climate Tech, and B2B SaaS across Qatar and the broader MENA region
• Conduct due diligence evaluating startup business models, analyzing market sizes, assessing competitive landscapes, and interviewing founding teams
• Build detailed valuation models, project fund returns, track portfolio performance metrics, and manage cap tables
• Draft comprehensive investment committee memorandums and presentation decks to recommend equity financing
• Assist existing portfolio companies with financial planning, strategic growth, and preparation for subsequent funding rounds
• Monitor market trends and identify investment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with founders and stakeholders

Qualifications Needed:

• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Progress toward a CFA charter or holding an MBA is highly preferred
• Elite proficiency in advanced Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (pitch decks)
• Familiarity with Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA) fund structures is a major advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Based in Qatar for in-person work
