Strategic Role Context

This role is intended for a senior fintech professional responsible for the design, orchestration, and long-term evolution of digital banking and core fintech infrastructure. The appointment reflects the transformation of financial institutions into technology-driven operating environments, where scalability, modularity, and resilience are essential.

Operating remotely with Dubai as a strategic reference point, the role governs how core financial systems, ledger architectures, transaction engines, and service layers function together as a coherent financial operating model. The mandate is institutional in nature, requiring architectural discipline, operational clarity, and long-horizon system thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee core fintech and digital banking systems, including ledgers, transaction engines, account structures, and service orchestration layers.
• Define financial operating models that integrate technology architecture, process flows, and data consistency frameworks.
• Establish enterprise-grade standards for system availability, scalability, integrity, and operational resilience.
• Design modular system architectures enabling future extensibility, integration, and functional evolution.
• Develop governance frameworks for system change management, release cycles, and operational risk controls.
• Lead globally distributed engineering, architecture, and operations teams in a remote-first execution model.
• Produce institutional-grade documentation covering system blueprints, operating principles, and long-term roadmaps.

Professional Profile

• 15–22 years of experience in fintech infrastructure, digital banking systems, or financial technology architecture.
• Deep expertise in core banking concepts, ledger models, transaction processing, and system orchestration.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures.
• Proven ability to translate complex system architectures into strategic and operational frameworks.
• Excellent executive-level communication and documentation skills.

Compensation & Engagement

• Annual Compensation: AED 800,000 – 1,200,000 (tax-free)
