Job Title: Executive Director – Relationship Manager

Job Description: As an Executive Director and Relationship Manager in a leading wealth management institution with deep local presence across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and institutional clients — applying local language skills, client networks, and regional experience to deliver superior wealth management services across the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and institutional clients across the UAE market
• Apply local language skills, client networks, and deep regional experience to deliver superior wealth management services
• Build and develop new client relationships through senior networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
• Deliver bespoke wealth management solutions across investments, banking, credit, and alternative assets
• Conduct comprehensive client financial reviews and develop tailored wealth strategies for HNW individuals and families
• Partner with investment specialists, credit teams, and product experts on complex, multi-disciplinary client mandates
• Ensure all wealth management activities comply with UAE banking regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and suitability standards
• Represent the institution at UAE HNW client events, private banking forums, and wealth management industry gatherings

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Executive Director or senior private banking experience with an established HNW UAE client book
• Local language skills (Arabic) and deep client network in the UAE wealth management market
• Deep expertise across wealth management products including investments, credit, and alternative assets
• Strong understanding of UAE private banking regulatory compliance including KYC, AML, and investment suitability
• Excellent relationship management, financial advisory, and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent financial advisory qualification preferred
