Job Title: Executive Assistant – Founder’s Office

Job Description: As an Executive Assistant supporting and managing the day-to-day operations of a Founder’s office at a leading fintech company, you will be a highly capable, trusted, and proactive professional enabling the founders to focus on high-impact priorities. You will manage complex calendars, sensitive correspondence, travel logistics, and cross-functional coordination for founders who have built the UAE’s most trusted expense management and corporate payments platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage the day-to-day operations of the Founders’ office at a leading fintech company
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the Founders
  • Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and sensitive organizational information with complete discretion
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and event planning for executive team members
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting documents for the Founders
  • Act as liaison between the Founders’ office and internal teams, external stakeholders, and investors
  • Track strategic initiatives, Board communications, and Founder action items to ensure timely execution
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, logistical issues, and administrative gaps

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or Founder-level executives in fintech, startup, or high-growth technology companies
  • High capability, trustworthiness, and proactive approach — essential in a high-growth fintech environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for complex multi-priority executive management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder and investor liaison
  • Proficiency with productivity tools, scheduling software, and collaboration platforms
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive organizational matters with complete discretion
