Job Title: Equity Research Analyst

Job Description: As an Equity Research Analyst covering MENA at a globally established Swiss investment bank and wealth management firm, you will be responsible for producing fundamental equity research on MENA-listed companies — supporting institutional investor clients with deep, data-driven analysis across sectors. You will apply 4–6 years of experience in sell-side equity research, investment banking, or accounting/audit to deliver high-quality investment insights on MENA companies.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 4–6 years of experience in sell-side equity research, investment banking, or accounting/audit to MENA coverage
• Produce fundamental equity research on MENA-listed companies — publishing investment recommendations, financial models, and research notes
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, DCF valuations, and comparable company analyses for MENA covered companies
• Help coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, and analyst day events for covered companies
• Conduct primary research — management meetings, industry checks, and expert interviews across MENA sectors
• Engage with institutional investor clients on research findings, investment ideas, and company coverage
• Monitor MENA market developments, sector trends, and regulatory changes affecting covered companies
• Develop investment theses and price targets across covered MENA sector companies

Qualifications Needed:

• 4–6 years of experience in sell-side equity research, investment banking, or accounting/audit — required
• Strong financial modelling and investment thesis development skills for MENA equity coverage
• Experience helping coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, and analyst events
• Excellent written research communication for institutional-quality investment publications
• CFA qualification or in progress strongly preferred
• Arabic language skills advantageous for MENA primary research and client engagement
