Job Title: Director, Product Management – Corporate Solutions

Job Description: As a Director of Product Management for Corporate Solutions at Mastercard, you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for corporate payment products, driving innovation in B2B payments, expense management, and commercial card solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy for corporate payment solutions across the region.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to launch and scale products.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to prioritise features.
• Manage product lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or corporate banking.
• Deep understanding of B2B payments, commercial cards, virtual cards, and expense management.
• Proven track record of launching successful corporate payment products globally or regionally.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
