Job Title: Director of Finance

Job Description: As the Director of Finance, you will direct finance for the Dubai entity of a multi-jurisdiction CFD trading platform, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial functions, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategy to support business growth and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience in CFD trading, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
• Proven track record of leading finance operations in a regulated trading environment.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills; fluent in English.
