Job Title: Director of Finance

Job Description: As a Director of Finance, you will lead financial management across the UAE operations of an online trading brokerage. You will oversee financial control, treasury, client-money reporting, and regulatory submissions while managing the local finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting and consolidation across regulated and non-regulated UAE entities.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash forecasting, and client-money reconciliations.
• Manage budgets, external audits, tax compliance, and financial controls.
• Coordinate with regulators, banking partners, auditors, and group leadership.

Qualifications Needed:

• ACCA, ACA, CPA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Senior finance leadership experience within forex, CFD, or online trading brokerage operations.
• Experience with UAE regulatory reporting and client-money requirements.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, multi-entity consolidation, treasury management, and team leadership.
