Job Title: Director / B2B Fintech

Job Description: Define and own the strategic roadmap for SMB fintech products at a leading telecommunications and digital services group

Responsibilities:*

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for SMB fintech products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities in the SMB fintech space
• Own overall revenue and P&L for SMB fintech products with aggressive growth targets
• Oversee the lifecycle of SMB fintech products from ideation to delivery and scaling
• Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, analysts, and business strategists
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners including banks, payment processors, and fintech service providers

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management and business strategy in fintech leadership roles
